1. Risk-Free Shopping - 30 Day Return Policy

At IceStore.com, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy for all loose diamonds purchased through our website, ensuring a risk-free online shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the diamond within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:​

  • The diamond must be in its original, unused condition, with no damage or alterations.

  • The return must include the original packaging, grading certificate, and all accompanying documentation.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at service@icestore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once the returned diamond is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Additional Return Policies:

  • Custom Jewelry: Custom jewelry, including rings, are considered a non-refundable items due to their personalized nature. We encourage customers to carefully review their custom order details before finalizing their purchase.

  • Finished Jewelry: Finished jewelry, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and pendants, may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit only. These items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

We offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders, with free shipping on select purchases (see website for details). Each diamond is carefully packaged and fully insured during transit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, subject to customs processing.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

All diamonds come with a grading certificate from reputable gemological laboratories such as GIA, AGS, or IGI. These certificates provide detailed information about the diamond’s quality, including cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.

 

7. Pricing and Payment

We strive to offer competitive pricing on all our diamonds without compromising quality. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Bitcoin. We also offer a price matching policy. If you find the exact same diamond at a legitimate, US based competitor's business we will beat or match the advertised price.

 

8. Privacy Policy

At IceStore.com, we value your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and enhance your shopping experience. Your personal data is never shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping).

 

9. Warranty and Repairs

We guarantee the quality of all of our jewelry products for life. If you experience any issues that you believe to be the result of manufacturing failure you can contact us to arrange for the return of your product. We will conduct a thorough inspection and if there is any manufacturing defect we will repair the item free of charge. Note that damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered. We will make this determination and at our sole discretion either conduct the repair or offer you the option to have us conduct repairs for a fee.
